Top 5 Questions
Every prefabADU home is the culmination of over a decade of experience in designing and building ADU’s. Our understanding of small space design coupled with factory production knowledge allows us to build spaces that fell much larger than their size lets on while providing more functionality than anything else on the market. Why pay someone to experiment or dabble in ADU design and then search for a contractor to build something they have no knowledge of when you can have the experts walk you thru the entire process..
We often say “we’re here to do as little as you want or as much as you need” but the truth is we usually help most client thru the entire process. From the initial concepts and preliminary budgeting, thru the design and permits and on to the construction and final inspection. prefabADU is your one stop shop to do it all. Judging by the number of units we build compared to all other resources out there combined, I’d say that speaks volumes about what we have to offer.
Most cities/counties treat a prefabADU the same as their site built counterpart with the exception that the local building departments role is somewhat limited since the entire home or portions of it are built off-site. This dramatically reduces city involvement with the process which translates to less time to build and cost to you.
The best way to answer this question is to see the product and meet some of the happy clients who have selected us. But the visual inspection and testimony of past or current clients only tells a fraction of the story. A prefabADU is built to the same standard that its site-built counterpart is, but it also picks up some additional strengthening along the way to address the fact that our homes have to travel down the highway before they get to “rest” on the foundation. Try doing that with a site built home!
